I had a fantastic stay at the Jackson Inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — exactly what I needed. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but Samantha truly stood out. From check-in to checkout, she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were exceptional. She even gave great local recommendations that made my trip even better. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. The hotel itself is in a great location and offers excellent value. I’d definitely stay here again. Huge thanks to Samantha and the team for making my visit so enjoyable!
Room was nice and clean. Elevator had something spilled (I hope) on the floor that covered a large part of it. Later on the elevator was out of order for the rest of the night and next morning. Also some suspicious woman was in the parking lot when we arrived and immediately approached us asking all sorts of questions . Then followed us to the door where we went in. I had to go back to the car about an hour later and she was still there. Following me to the car and this time inside. She ask what floor we were on. I told her the wrong one. When she got off on that floor, I went to the right floor. Next morning the gas cap was off of my car when we got ready to leave. Definitely need better security. And better lit parking lots. Everything turned out ok this time. But I don't think we will stay there again. Spoke with locals at a restaurant later and they told us it was a terrible area to stay in.
Good place to stay and good location to different stores. The night manager ADRIA is an excellent person. She handles needs quickly and she is the absolute most nice. Love her!
